Elephant ear was cooked perfectly. Slightly disappointed in the quality of the fruit topping, strawberry tasted a bit like cheap jam. However the overall experience was good. The portion size is spot on. Service was quick and polite. We will return again.

I went here recently and was extremely disappointed. Firstly, I walked in to find a woman complaining. I could not understand why. She was eating the product and consumed it all. When I ordered I quickly learned what the issue was. The guy running the place had given the woman the wrong order, simply because he did not care to fill varying orders. When I ordered he did not give me a choice of what kind of elephant ear I wanted. He did not give any one a choice everyone received the same original order regardless of what was requested. In my case, he did not even ask what I wanted. I have been going to this place since I was nine. I am in my mid-twenties now and it makes me sad to see this place deteriorate. The woman I spoke of previously requested a refund and received it. If everyone did this the business could fall apart.

Would give a better review if they were open when their hours say they are.. Was here for 5 days waiting to get one and they were never open..

I'm a donut, sweet lover. I used to get good Doughy elephant ears here, but today will be my last time as a customer. The ear was thin, crunchy and way over priced at $5.75. Not worth it. They have much, much better ears in Portland, during Saturday Market near the Max stop. Maybe I got a bad ear, but every ear should be the same weight for consistency. Otherwise, you get what you have here, a bad review and a lost customer.

We were walking by late at night and peered in and the workers yelled out to come in, they were so enthusiastic that we HAD to go in. Seriously amazing salesmen. Nathan and Brandon get a 10/10 customer service. The elephant ears were bomb but we’d go backAgain just for them!

Decent Elephant Ear but almost $6 is OUTRAGEOUS!!! At THAT PRICE instead of buying us each one, we all shared one.

I don’t know if I had an average experience or not, but it wasn’t anything special. It’s kinda hard to go wrong with fried dough and an infinite variety of sugar toppings. Besides that our order was forgotten after 10 minutes of waiting. I don’t think it was worth the money given what it was and that there wasn’t any convenience involved.

No taste food

The place was filthy. The cash register was all dusty. Counter tops were dusty. The cashier never washed his hands. He told customers he doesnt care if people didnt wear masks. He had a very arrogant disgusting attitude. Elephant ear is decent but pretty worried that the company crosses to many violations especially in the middle of a pandemic.

Lots of tasty options from the original cinnamon and sugar to peanut butter, maple flavored, and some fruit-topping creations. I always like to get the peanut butter and maple one. Or even sometimes I'll get a couple cuz they're so good (and I just love to eat LOL). Always look forward to getting these every time I visit.

Is this nostalgia talking? Maybe. But I also go here for MY authentic seaside treat. It's not generic. It's not walmart, so is it always the same? No. But it's always delicious. Thin and crispy? Delicious. Soft and doughy? Delicious. It's been open longer than I've been alive and I love when they re-did Broadway the structure kept a sense of history. Beautiful. I will always go here, it employs locally and the young, both of which needs jobs and I've always been more than satisfied. People who say tge price keeps rising, srop complaining. They're a small business depending on mostly tourists/seasons for income in a renovated building which I'm sure they lease.

Went in and paid for two elephant ears. We asked for a cup of water for our eight year old. We were willing to pay for the cup. We were told that they only had bottles of water for sale. I could understand if we walked in and that was only what we wanted but we bought product. They have lost our business for life.🤢🤮🤮🤮 I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Great elephant ears

I love this place a lot but today when I went to get an ear, the place was closed when it said it was open, what the hell kinda business is this?

Elephant ear was great. Need to learn how to make their Italian cream sodas a little on the club soda side could have used more flavored syrup the club soda was a little overwhelming. People that were working were extremely friendly

This is a place all about Elephant Ears! We went and got an elephant ear with half original and half strawberry flavored. Friendly staff put strawberry jam on one side and butter on the other half. Our family of four shared that and went over to SeaStar gelato and shared a cup of gelato! That was a great idea!

It was terrible we got there at 305 pm and they were closing in 20 minutes. We are so disappointed to not have an elephant rear while at seaside. No stars..........

The elephant ear was really good but it took 10 minutes for me to get it because the worker was in the back and didn't come out to check if he had customers for 10 minutes. I almost left but I wanted an elephant ear so bad I waited they also only take cash so I had to run all the way back to the car to get cash because I only had a card.
